Maggie Hendrickson, Director

Maggie is passionate about celebrating Trans and Queer joy, voice, hope and community care – and loves creating opportunities for this in the Pride Resource Center. Maggie joined the Pride staff in 2019 as the Assistant Director, and transitioned into the Director role in 2022. They received their undergraduate degree in Recreation and Youth Development from the University of New Hampshire and their graduate degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Outside of Pride, Maggie enjoys cooking, baking, being outside, and getting involved in the local community. Maggie is happy to chat about Steven Universe, summer camp, movies, gender fluidity, One Direction, and their black cat, Stevie Licks.

Josh Mack, Assistant Director

Josh is extrmely honored to serve as the Assistant Director for the Pride Resource Center here at CSU. Since moving to Fort Collins from Texas in May of 2022, he has been working on campus advising students in the Community for Excellence Program. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and then went on to earn a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. Josh is passionate about centering student voice, advocacy, encouraging authenticity in spaces and constantly learning. Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, hammocking, trying new restaurants, and watching sitcoms. He appreciates building new relationships and is looking forward to connecting with students, faculty, and staff in his role.

Soleil A. Gonzalez, Program Coordinator

Soleil is beyond excited to serve as Pride’s Program Coordinator. Soleil identifies as a first-generation Latiné queer fluid individual. They graduated from CSU with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Ethnic Studies. They have previously worked as an undergraduate student at the Pride Resource Center for 2+ years. Soleil is passionate about social justice, education reform, and liberation. Soleil loves reading, embracing nature, and being in community care. They are an animal lover, tree hugger, and JDM car enthusiast, so they love to talk shop about modifying cars. They appreciate connecting with people and getting to know you as the amazing person you are. So please feel free to stop by the office or connect virtually if you need community, processing, or connection..
